Magnetron ceramic sintering method and device thereof
The invention discloses a magnetron ceramic sintering method. The method includes the following specific steps that firstly, a plurality of evenly distributed load bearing plate notches are formed in load bearing plates; secondly, a plurality of ceramic pieces are transversely placed at the upper ends of the load bearing plate notches, and the side faces of the ceramic plates make line contact with the load bearing plate notches; thirdly, the load bearing plates where the ceramic pieces are placed are placed on a preset cushion block of a pushing plate; fourthly, a cushion plate is placed on the upper portion of each load bearing plate, and the load bearing plates where the ceramic pieces are placed are sequentially stacked; fifthly, sintering processing of the ceramic pieces is performed on the load bearing plates which are sequentially stacked. Due to the mode, the machining problem of the ceramic metallization end face is solved, and product reliability is improved; the sintering deformation condition of a product is changed, and the ellipse condition of the product is improved; the taper condition of the product is improved, taper exists because during traditional vertical sintering, the shrinkage rate of the bottom, making contact with the load bearing plates, of the product is different from the shrinkage rate of the top of the product, and the taper condition is remarkably improved after lie-down sintering is performed.
