The invention discloses a method for preparing a honeycomb shaped ceramic particle prefabricated block. The method comprises the following steps: mixing binder slurry with styrene-acrylic emulsion or pure acrylic emulsion in a volume ratio of 10:(0.7-1.0), and uniformly stirring to obtain adhesive; weighing ceramic particles, adding the adhesive, turning over and stirring, uniformly applying the adhesive to the surfaces of the ceramic particles, pouring into a mold, compacting and flattening; drying the mold-filled ceramic prefabricated block in an oven at 50 DEG C for 24 hours together with the mold, drawing out the mold core after the ceramic prefabricated block is taken out from the oven, loosening the mold frame, and taking out the prefabricated block; and sintering the obtained prefabricated block in a vacuum furnace or a nitrogen atmosphere furnace to completely melt the adhesive and cover the surfaces of the ceramic particles, cooling to form the high-strength honeycomb shaped ceramic particle prefabricated block. The honeycomb shaped ceramic particle prefabricated block prepared by utilizing the method is not broken or scattered after being molten with molten steel, can be directionally compounded to the wear position of the wear-resistance part to prepare a high-performance ceramic metal compound wear-resistance material.
