The invention relates to a manufacturing method for a steel wire inhaul cable with polyurea protective coatings. The manufacturing method includes the steps that after steel wires are pretreated and dried, the single bright steel wire or a coating or clad layer attached to the single bright steel wire is coated with a polyurea material in manners of extrusion coating, spraying, soaking extraction coating and machine brushing, and the steel wires with the polyurea protective coatings are formed; a steel wire combination composed of the steel wires with the polyurea protective coatings is formed by the steel wires with the polyurea protective coatings through the steps of coiling, wire dividing and coalescence, and the steel wire inhaul cable Ia or IIa with the polyurea protective coatings is accordingly formed; on the basis of the steel wire inhaul cable of the two structures, the steel wire inhaul cable which has multiple protection layers and is provided with the polyurea protective coatings is formed through one or more of the wrapping and packaging molding working procedure, PE sleeve extrusion molding working procedures I and II, polyurea material coating working procedures II, III, IV and the like. The steel wire inhaul cable which is manufactured with the method and provided with the polyurea protective coatings is compact in structure and antiseptic, reduces shocks, and is good in skid resistance and abrasive resistance.
