According to the basic structure, a steel strand inhaul cable body Ia1 with the polyurea protection material and a steel strand inhaul cable body Ia2 with the polyurea protection material are formed by a combination of n steel strands Ia with the polyurea protection material or a steel strand inhaul cable body If1 with the polyurea protection material and a steel strand inhaul cable body If2 with the polyurea protection material are formed in the manner that the gaps between the steel strands in the combination of the n steel strands are filled with a polyurea material III; the outer layer of the combination of the steel strands of the steel strand inhaul cable is possibly provided with a PE sheath; or the part between the combination of the steel strands and the PE sheath is filled with the polyurea material, and the steel strand inhaul cable with the multiple protection and the polyurea protection coating is formed, wherein n is an integer larger than 1 but smaller than or equal to 1,000. A manufacturing method of the steel strand inhaul cable comprises the steps that the steel strands with the polyurea protection coating are manufactured, feeding, wire splitting, polyurea material coating or coating-type filling, solidifying, twisting, PE sheath extrusion molding and disc forming, packaging and other procedures are carried out. The manufacturing method is reasonable, and the manufactured steel wire inhaul cable is resistant to abrasion, capable of damping vibration, good in anti-skid performance and long in service life.
