A self-pressure roof tap-water tank comprises a tank body (1) including an upper tier and a lower tier; the upper tier is a pressure chamber (2); the lower tier is a water collecting chamber; the water collecting chamber is provided with a water incoming pipe (3) and a water outgoing pipe (4); a piston valve (5) is disposed between the pressure chamber and the water collecting chamber and is provided with an electric assembly (8); after the electric assembly is started, the valve (5) is enabled to move up and down to adjust water pressure of the water collecting chamber; a pressure sensor (6) disposed in the water collecting chamber continuously monitors the water pressure of the water collecting chamber and starts the electric assembly (8) to adjust the water pressure when the water pressure is out of set limits; the water pressure of the tank body can be monitored continuously, a proper water pressure of the tank body is practically kept, and tap-water is more comfortable to use.
