The invention discloses a rubber gasket for a window sleeve. The rubber gasket comprises long rubber gaskets, short rubber gaskets, seal rings, shock absorption layers and protection layers, wherein the two ends of each long rubber gasket are respectively connected with the short rubber gaskets; the two ends of each short rubber gasket are respectively connected with the long rubber gaskets; grooves are formed inside the long rubber gaskets and the short rubber gaskets; the grooves are filled with the seal rings; and the protection layers are arranged on the surfaces of the long rubber gaskets and the short rubber gaskets. The rubber gasket for the window sleeve is simple in structure and good in sealing effect, ensures that a window moves with favorable stability, has a good shock absorption effect and is waterproof and fireproof.
