GASKET FOR WINDOW
The present invention relates to a gasket for a window interposed in a gap between a profile forming an outer frame of a window frame and a glass mounted inside the profile and pressed to be in contact with a glass surface by integrally coextruding a foam part and solid wing parts extended from both sides thereof while surrounding the foam part. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the gasket for a window comprises: a fixed part (110) fitted in a window frame (1) to be fixed; a first contact part (120) divided into at least two parts in the opposite side of the fixed part (110) and pressed to be in contact with the glass surface of the window frame (1); and a second contact part (130) formed on the inner surface of the first contact part (120) and pressed to be in contact with the glass surface at the same time as the first contact part (120). According to the present invention, the gasket is interposed between the profile forming the outer frame of the window frame and the glass mounted inside the profile and is in contact with the glass surface by integrally coextruding the foamed second contact part and the solid first contact part extended from both sides of the second contact part while surrounding the second contact part; thereby improving airtight and watertight performances.
본 발명은 창틀의 외곽 프레임을 구성하는 프로파일과, 프로파일 내에 장착되는 유리 사이의 틈새에 개재되되, 발포부와 상기 발포부를 감싸줌과 아울러 그 양측으로 연장형성되는 솔리드 재질의 날개부를 일체로 공압출하여 유리면에 가압 밀착시킬 수 있도록 한 창호용 가스켓에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 창틀(1) 내에 끼움 고정되는 고정부(110); 상기 고정부(110)의 반대쪽에 적어도 두 갈래로 분할 형성되며, 상기 창틀(1)의 유리면에 가압 밀착되는 제1밀착부(120); 및 상기 제1밀착부(120)의 내면에 형성되며, 상기 제1밀착부(120)와 동시에 상기 유리면에 가압 밀착되는 제2밀착부(130);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 창틀의 외곽 프레임을 구성하는 프로파일과, 프로파일 내에 장착되는 유리 사이의 틈새에 개재되되, 발포성형된 제2밀착부와 상기 제2밀착부를 감싸줌과 아울러 그 양측으로 연장형성되는 솔리드 재질의 제1밀착부를 일체로 공압출하여 유리면에 밀착되도록 함으로써 기밀 및 수밀성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.
