The invention discloses a high-rigidity cement pile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) calcining construction waste, and screening to obtain construction waste slag powder; 2) immersing the construction waste slag powder in a nitric acid solution, and mixing with sodium stearate and sodium pyrophosphate to obtain activated slag powder; and 3) mixing and molding cement, sand, paint slag, coal gangue, attapulgite, the activated slag powder and water, and curing to obtain the high-rigidity cement pile. The high-rigidity cement pile prepared by the method has excellent mechanical strength.
