The invention discloses a high-strength cement pile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) calcining construction waste, and screening to obtain construction waste slag powder; 2) immersing the construction waste slag powder in a chromic acid solution, and mixing with stearic acid and sodium fluosilicate ash to obtain activated slag powder; and 3) mixing and molding cement, sand, paint slag, silicon powder, bentonite, the activated slag powder and water, and curing to obtain the high-strength cement pile. The high-strength cement pile prepared by the method has excellent mechanical strength.
