Fluid-type cement adhesive, and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a fluid-type cement adhesive. The fluid-type cement adhesive is mainly prepared from, by weight, 49 to 55% of cement, 24 to 28% of quartz sand, 3 to 5% of silica fume, 3 to 5% of mica powder, 2 to 4% of an additive, and 10 to 12% of water. A preparation method comprises following steps: water is uniformly mixed with the additive; cement, quartz sand, and silica fume are added, vacuum stirring is carried out continuously for 3 to 8 min to realize uniform mixing, and an obtained mixture is collected and is subjected to moulding instantly; after moulding, an obtained product is subjected to steam curing in a curing box at 25 to 40 DEG C, wherein humidity is controlled to be 95% or higher; 4 to 12h later, demoulding is carried out, and an obtained product is subjected to curing for 8 to 11 days in water with a water temperature ranging from 25 to 40 DEG C; and the fluid-type cement adhesive is obtained after test qualified. The fluid-type cement adhesive is high in fluidity, low in cost, excellent in frost resistance, and high in strength.
