Wear resistant composite coating, high strength and wear resistant composite steel plate and making method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of cement and ore dressing industry wear resistant vulnerable parts, in particular to a wear resistant composite coating, a high strength and wear resistant composite steel plate and a making method thereof. The wear resistant composite coating adopts a borosilicate (SiO2-B2O3) system as the matrix, has hardness up to 6500MPa, impact resistance of not less than 1.887 joules, and a wear resistant grade of IV, and has good chemical stability and mechanical properties. The high strength and wear resistant composite steel plate is a multiphase material made of a wear resistant composite coating and an ordinary steel plate by a compounding technology. The steel plate has very high surface hardness and wear resistance, simultaneously has weldability, ductility, high temperature resistance, and acid and alkali resistance, is suitable for treatment of the vulnerable parts of inorganic nonmetallic material, energy, chemical and ore dressing production equipment with strong abradability, and has an anti-wear life of more than 3 years.
