The device comprises a bridge body main tower, and is characterized in that a plurality of adsorption devices are uniformly distributed and symmetrically installed on the bridge body main tower from top to bottom, wherein a plurality of short beams are connected among the adsorption devices which are symmetrically installed to form an attraction seat, and a rail is installed on the short beams in a manner of passing through along the radian of the bridge body main tower from top to bottom; and a tooth groove is formed in one side of the rail or the two sides of the rail respectively, a lifting machine realizes an up-and-down movement on the rail by controlling rotation of a gear which is engaged with the tooth groove, and a construction platform is installed above the lifting machine. The device disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects: the bridge body is attracted by virtue of a powerful magnet, and then the rail is installed, so that a construction working platform can carry out an up-and-down movement on the bridge tower main body to meet various construction needs, thus realizing good treatment effects, and filling in domestic technical gaps.
