The invention discloses a dynamic compaction machine cantilever crane device which comprises an upper cantilever crane, a lower cantilever crane, a middle cantilever crane and a cantilever crane head. A wrapping plate is externally connected to the portion, connected with an anti-roll bar, of the middle cantilever crane, connected with all main chord members of the middle cantilever crane and provided with a connecting part connected with the anti-roll bar. The wrapping plate is externally connected to the portion, connected with the anti-roll bar, of the middle cantilever crane and connected with all the main chord members of the middle cantilever crane, and wraps all the main chord members to form a box-type girder structure. One end of the anti-roll bar is connected with the wrapping plate, the wrapping plate transfers counterforce of the anti-roll bar to each main chord member, the number of the main chord members for bearing the counterforce of the anti-roll bar is large, the counterforce borne by each main chord member is reduced, and therefore the main chord members are not prone to distortion. The dynamic compaction machine cantilever crane device can prevent the main chord members from distorting, and therefore can guarantee that a dynamic compaction machine operates normally. The invention further discloses a dynamic compaction machine provided with the dynamic compaction machine cantilever crane device.
