The invention discloses a hybrid dynamic compaction machine. The hybrid dynamic compaction machine comprises an engine, a reduction gearbox and a winch, wherein the engine drives the winch to rotate through the reduction gearbox; and the hybrid dynamic compaction machine comprises a controller, a starting integrated motor and a storage battery, the starting integrated motor is connected with the reduction gearbox, the starting integrated motor drives the winch to rotate through the reduction gearbox, and the storage battery supplies power to the starting integrated motor through the controller or stores electric energy generated by the starting integrated motor to the storage battery. According to the hybrid dynamic compaction machine, the idle working condition power of an engine is fully utilized, the fuel consumption rate and waste gas emission of the engine are reduced, energy conservation and emission reduction, high hammer lifting power and high acceleration are achieved, and the whole machine performance and the working efficiency are improved.
