Method for constructing high-strength core composite piles
The invention relates to a method for constructing high-strength core composite piles. The method comprises the following steps: leveling a site, and enabling a drill bit to aim at a pile position; starting a power head, drilling down to the depth required by the design, rotating to lift the drill bit, pressing cement paste during drilling and lifting, and therefore forming a peripheral cement-soil pile; recycling drilling, lifting and paste pressing for many times; when the drill bit drills down to the designed depth and rotates to be lifted in the last time, pouring concrete into a drill hole formed in the process of pulling up a drill rod, and therefore forming a cast-in-situ concrete core pile; lifting the drill bit to the designed elevation of the pile top; at the moment, the construction is over. The construction method greatly increases the stirring pile bearing capacity, effectively reduces the foundation settlement after construction, realizes the one-stage molding of a peripheral stirring pile and the core pile, simplifies the pile forming procedure of the composite pile, and shortens the construction period. As the cast-in-situ concrete is adopted to replace a precast tube pipe to be used as the core pipe, the engineering cost of the composite pile is saved. The coaxiality of the core pile and the stirring pile can be always ensured during forming, and the pile forming quality is reliabile.
