Positioning, sinking and controlling system for large-scale bridge deepwater prefabricated foundation
The invention discloses a positioning, sinking and controlling system for a large-scale bridge deepwater prefabricated foundation. The system comprises a power positioning system, a mooring system, global positioning system (GPS) positioning devices, a C-shaped floating breakwater and a controlling platform. The power positioning system is composed of a plurality of positioning ships; the mooring system is composed of a plurality of mooring lines, a plurality of force sensors and a plurality of force regulators; the two ends of each mooring line are fixed to the prefabricated foundation and the corresponding positioning ship respectively; each mooring line is provided with the corresponding force sensor and the corresponding force regulator. The GPS positioning devices are arranged on a plurality of controlling spots on the top face of the prefabricated foundation. The C-shaped floating breakwater is formed by connecting a plurality of floating wave dissipation units anchored to a sea bed and arranged in the sea area at the periphery of the power positioning system in the head sea direction. The controlling platform is composed of an information collecting system and an analyzing and controlling system; the information collecting system is used for collecting and receiving the movement of the prefabricated foundation and the real-time responses of axial force of the mooring lines through wireless transmission; the analyzing and controlling system is used for regulating the axial force of the mooring lines synchronously in a multi-point mode through the force regulators and controlling the prefabricated foundation within a preset positioning and sinking position range.
