The invention discloses a construction method of a cast-in-place column precast beam and plate structure. The cast-in-place column precast beam and plate structure consists of a frame column, a beam, a bracket and a high-strength bolt embedded piece; the frame column is cast in site during construction; a precast beam and a precast plate are manufactured; the precast beam comprises a precast main beam and a precast secondary beam; the bracket extends out from a column at a position where the frame column is connected with the main beam; the bracket is connected with a beam head of the main beam; an n-shaped connector is arranged on the main beam; a lap joint opening is formed in a beam head of the secondary beam; and a position where the side surface of the main beam is connected with the precast plate is inversely 'T'-shaped, so that the precast plate is supported on the side surface of the main beam. By the construction method, the column is connected with the main beam quickly, the main beam is connected with the secondary beam quickly, the beam is connected with a structural connector of the plate quickly, high-speed efficient construction is implemented, construction period is shortened, construction cost is reduced, a seismic requirement is improved, and troublesome and complex connection, and quality defects and hidden dangers of connection positions are avoided.
