CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR PRECAST COLUMN STRUCTURE AND PRECAST COLUMN STRUCTURE

A precast column structure construction method is disclosed. The precast column structure construction method comprises the steps of: (a) forming at least one portion of a foundation and putting a lower block on the at least one portion of the foundation; (b) forming a middle column part by arranging internal blocks and hollow external blocks on the lower block in a state of being alternately stacked, wherein the hollow external blocks encompass the internal blocks to be spaced at a predetermined interval; (c) stacking the upper block on the middle column part and then coupling the upper block to the internal blocks by introducing compressive force due to tendons; and (d) filling a gap space, formed due to the predetermined interval, with a cement material to synthesize the internal blocks with the external blocks. The present invention can minimize lowering of compressive strength of the column and enhance resistance to bending of the column.

프리캐스트 기둥 구조물의 시공 방법이 개시되며, 상기 프리캐스트 기둥 구조물의 시공 방법은, (a) 기초의 적어도 일부를 형성하고, 상기 기초의 적어도 일부 상에 하부블록을 거치하는 단계; (b) 내부블록 및 상기 내부블록을 소정의 간격을 두고 감싸는 중공형의 외부블록을 상기 하부블록 상에 교번 적층된 상태로 배치하여 중간 기둥부를 형성하는 단계; (c) 상기 중간 기둥부 상에 상부블록을 적치한 다음, 상기 상부블록과 상기 내부블록을 긴장재에 의한 압축력 도입을 통해 결합시키는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 소정의 간격에 의해 형성되는 사이 공간에 시멘트질 재료를 충진하여 상기 내부블록과 상기 외부블록을 합성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
