Ultra-thin stone vacuum insulation integrated plate and installation method thereof
The invention provides an ultra-thin stone vacuum insulation integrated plate and an installation method thereof. Ultra-thin stone and a vacuum insulation plate are attached and combined through epoxy resin structure glue and pressed, solidified and formed through a block press. The weight of the integrated plate is only one third of that of a traditional marble material, and wall loads are greatly reduced. A vacuum insulation heat preservation plate serves as a heat preservation layer, is high in fireproofing grade and has a small heat conductivity coefficient of 0.008 w/(m.k); the stone is provided with an installation groove and fixed through an anchoring piece, and safety of the material is increased; installation can be completed through only one step without installing rock wool, keels or stone of dry-hung marble, and the installation period is greatly shortened. The ultra-thin stone vacuum insulation integrated plate is protected through attaching, anchoring and supporting, and installation safety is greatly increased.
