The invention provides an outer wall plate fixing device. The fixing device is a hanging plate piece. A body of the hanging plate piece is in the shape of a vertical plate, a through hole for a fastening piece to pass is formed in the middle of the body, the lower portion of the hanging plate piece is bent outwards, one side of the outer end of the bent portion is vertically bent upwards, and the other side is vertically bent downwards. The outer wall plate fixing device can reinforce fixation of a plate in a dry hanging plate curtain wall technology, and the outer wall plate fixing device can be used when the specifications of hole grooves matched with the plate are not consistent.
