Cracking-resistant low-alkali environment-friendly gel material
The invention discloses a cracking-resistant low-alkali environment-friendly gel material. The gel material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50 to 65% of calcareous raw material, 10 to 20% of argillaceous raw material, 7 to 13% of magnesia raw material, 1.5 to 5% of aluminum ore waste rock, 4 to 9% of copper ore slag, 5 to 7% of waste steel, 1.5 to 5% of zeolite, 0.5 to 1% of silica fume, and 5 to 8% of wastes with a high chlorine content. The Cl ions in the wastes with a high chlorine content can be bonded with the K ions in raw materials with a high alkali content to generate KCl, and thus the K content of raw materials is reduced. The industrial slag (copper ore slag) is taken as the ferruginous correcting raw material, aluminum ore waste rock is taken as the aluminous correcting raw material, the pollution of solid wastes to the environment is eliminated, and the wastes are converted into valuable resources. The provided gel material has the characteristics of low alkali content, medium hydration degree, high strength, and slight expansion.
