The invention discloses a novel cement grinding aid and cement thereof, and belongs to the field of cement manufacturing. The cement grinding aid comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-16 parts of an alcamines substance, 1-9 parts of sodium gluconate, 2-8 parts of alkyl polyglucoside, 3-9 parts of lignosulfonate, 3-9 parts of saturated fatty acid, 1-5 parts of xanthan gum, 1-5 parts of molasses and 2-6 parts of papermaking black liquid. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses cement containing the cement grinding aid. The cement grinding aid disclosed by the invention is low in doping amount and good in enhancement effect; the cement performance and the unit-hour output can be improved; the cost of cement production is reduced; by the adoption of the cement produced by the grinding aid disclosed by the invention, the clinker ratio is small, the environmental pollution can be alleviated, and mineral resources can be saved.
