Rubber asphalt mixture
A disclosed rubber asphalt mixture comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 7-12 parts of matrix asphalt, 1-3 parts of waste tyre rubber powder, SBS 0.8-1.2 parts of SBS asphalt modifier, 0.1-0.24 part of polyethylene wax, 0.35-1 part of triethyl oleic soap, 0.35-1.2 parts of aromatic oil, 0.2-0.4 part of sulfur, 0.2-0.4 part of nanometer zinc oxide, 0.1-0.14 part of p-phenylenediamine, 0.12-0.36 part of rosin, 0.02-0.06 part of polyphosphoric acid, 0.02-0.04 part of nanometer aluminium oxide, 1-2 parts of diatomite, 1-5 parts of N,N'-ethylenebisoleamide, and 100-150 parts of an aggregate. By optimizing the composition and the ratio of the raw materials, a large amount of asphalt and sandstone materials are saved, engineering investment is saved, waste is changed into valuables, and energy is saved. The asphalt mixture is comprehensively improved in ageing resistance, low temperature performance, high temperature performance, water-resisting stability, fatigue resistance and the like, the usage performance and the endurance of the road material are effectively improved, and substantial economic and social benefits are provided.
