The invention relates to an aqueous internal wall inorganic coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating is prepared from following raw materials, by weight, 3-8 parts of an aqueous emulsion, 10-25 parts of an inorganic bonding material, 0.5-2.5 parts of a stabilizing agent, 10-40 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.3 parts of an amine neutralizing agent, 0.1-0.5 parts of a macromolecular surfactant, 0.2-0.6 parts of a molecule-grade defoaming agent, 0.2-0.4 parts of a dispersing agent, 0.5-1 part of a thickening agent, 0.3-0.8 parts of a flatting agent and 32.3-55 parts of a pigment filling material. The aqueous internal wall inorganic coating is good in stability, is high in hardness, is good in adhesion resistance, allows thick coating, is strong in adhesive force, is quick to dry, is excellent in anti-aging property and water-proof performance, is breathable and is alkali-resistant.
