The invention discloses an inorganic coating. The inorganic coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 13.9 parts to 33.5 parts of deionized water, 0.5 to 0.6 part of celluloseether, 0.2 part of a wetting agent, 0.5 part of a dispersing agent, 0.5 part of a stabilizing agent, 0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 12.5 parts of titanium dioxide, 10 parts of calcined kaolin, 20 parts of an inorganic composite filler, 6-15 parts of a styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5-10 parts of potassium silicate, 10-15 parts of nano organic silicon, 1-1.5 parts of an organic silicon water repellent agent and 1 part of an additive. According to the coating and the preparation method thereof, on one hand, the environmental protection and heat resistance are effectively improved, on the other hand,the defects that the damp-proof effect is poor, and mildew prevention and algae prevention are not achieved are overcome; and on the other hand, wear resistance and adhesion performance are optimized.
本发明公开了一种无机涂料,包括如下按重量份数计的原料:去离子水13.9份‑33.5份,纤维素醚0.5‑0.6份,润湿剂0.2份,分散剂0.5份,稳定剂0.5份,消泡剂0.2份,钛白粉12.5份,煅烧高岭土10份,无机复合填料20份,苯丙乳液6‑15份,硅酸钾5‑10份,纳米有机硅10‑15份,有机硅疏水剂1‑1.5份和添加剂1分。通过本发明的涂料及其制备方法一方面,有效提高了环保和耐热性;另一方面,改善了防潮效果差且不具备防霉防藻的缺陷;再一方面,优化了耐磨和附着性能。
