Preparation method of self-heat-preservation building blocks
The invention discloses a preparation method of self-heat-preservation building blocks. The preparation method includes the following steps: (A) performing pre-homogenization to sludge sand from the Yellow River, cement mud from the Yellow River and fly ash to prepare a mixture; (B) conveying the mixture with crushed coal gangue together to a strong stirrer through a conveyor belt machine for stirring the mixture with the crushed coal gangue, wherein water, SiO2, CaO, Al2O3, Fe2O3, TiO2, MgO, K2O, Na2O, B4C and ZrC are added during the stirring process; and (C) performing material distribution, mold vibration and normal-temperature press moulding to the stirred mixture; and (D) drying the treated mixture in a drying room and sintering the dried mixture in a kiln to produce the self-heat-preservation building blocks. The preparation method achieves solid clay brick prohibition and land saving of resource comprehensive utilization and achieves significant effects. The heat-preservation effect of the building blocks reaches 50% of public buildings and 65% of domestic buildings in energy saving standard in our country. The building block is excellent in fireproofing and is long in service life, is reduced in production cost by 30-40 yuan/m<2>, is shortened by 1/3 in operation period, and avoids the quality problems in a conventional wall body construction method.
