The invention discloses an aluminum oxide ceramic composite liner plate and a preparation method thereof. The aluminum oxide ceramic composite liner plate is prepared from, by mass, 60-90 parts of alumina powder, 50-70 parts of ceramic powder, 5-10 parts of silica powder, 6-12 parts of magnesium oxide powder, 5-8 parts of calcium oxide powder, 2-8 parts of yttrium oxide, 15-25 parts of carbon fiber, 5-10 parts of quartz sand, 8-10 parts of plastic powder, 1-2 parts of acetone,1-3 parts of triethylene dimethyl silane and 0.5-1 part of adhesive. According to the preparation method, the components are evenly mixed and then are stirred, and compression molding, sintering and cooling are performed after stirring. The aluminum oxide ceramic composite liner plate has the advantages of being high in abrasion resistance degree, being non-sticky and being resistant to impact and further has the advantages of being low in porosity, good in abrasion resistance and toughness, easy to process and produce and long in service life.
