The invention discloses a pellet for injection molding of a pressure-sensitive resistor, and a preparation method thereof. The pellet comprises 70-95wt% of powder and 5-30wt% of a binder; the powder comprises 85-95wt% of zinc oxide and 5-15wt% of an additive; and the additive comprises 30-88wt% of paraffin, 5-30wt% of polymethyl methacrylate, 5-30wt% of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 2-10wt% of stearic acid. The pellet for injection molding of the pressure-sensitive resistor is used in injection molding to well solve the problem of internal stress of the pressure-sensitive resistor, avoid the edge missing and angle lacking phenomena appearing in the molding process of products and guarantee the consistency of the products; and the pressure-sensitive resistor produced by the using the pellet in the invention has the advantages of large density, uniform density and high mechanical strength.
