Zirconia ceramic block production technology
The invention discloses a zirconia ceramic block production technology. Before cold isostatic pressing, the additives are removed through a rubber discharge technology; then a high cold isostatic pressure is used to eliminate the pores, which is formed by removing the additives, in the ceramic powder, and thus the density of ceramic biscuit is largely increased. The bonding force between particles in the biscuit is reduced, after the additives are removed; then an isostatic pressure is applied on the biscuit to maximally reduce the agglomeration among particles, and the number of large crystals after sintering is reduced therefore. Moreover, the moving distance of particles in the sintering technology is shortened; so that the biscuit can be sintered in a shorter time at a lower temperature to obtain a zirconia ceramic body for dental restoration, wherein in the ceramic body, the particles are finer and evenly-distributed. Furthermore, the low-temperature aging of ceramic is prevented, the service life is prolonged, and the ceramic block can be applied to dental restoration.
