The invention relates to a zirconia ceramic production process which specifically comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing raw materials: 100-120 parts of purified water, 80-90 parts of zirconiapowder, 40-50 parts of a monomer, 10-12 parts of a cross-linking agent, 5-8 parts of a dispersing agent and 9-12 parts of an initiator; 2) preparing zirconium oxide gel casting slurry; 3) gel curing:adding an initiator into the slurry, performing primary vacuum defoaming, injecting an obtained substance into a mold, performing heating, curing, molding and demolding, and then performing drying toobtain a dry blank; and 4) sintering: drying and calcining the green body to remove organic matters, sintering the green body at 1450-1480 DEG C, and performing heat preservation for 2-3 hours to obtain zirconia ceramic. The zirconia ceramic production process is simple in procedures and can product green bodies with excellent performance, smooth surfaces, good uniformity and high strength, enables a good sintering effect, and can effectively reduce a sintering shrinkage rate and improve the quality of the zirconia ceramic.
本发明涉及一种氧化锆陶瓷生产工艺,具体包括以下步骤:1)准备原料:纯净水100‑120份、氧化锆粉体80‑90份、单体40‑50份、交联剂10‑12份、分散剂5‑8份、引发剂9‑12份;2)制备氧化锆注凝成型浆料;3)固化凝胶:将上述浆料加入引发剂,经一次真空脱泡后注入模具中,加热固化成型,脱模干燥后干燥得到干坯;4)烧结:素坯经干燥,煅烧去除有机物之后,在1450‑1480℃,进行烧结,保温2‑3小时,制得氧化锆陶瓷。本发明优点在于:提供了一种工序简单的氧化锆陶瓷生产工艺,可以生产制备性能优异、表面光洁、均匀性好、强度高的生坯,烧结效果好,可有效降低烧结收缩率,提高氧化锆陶瓷品质。
