The castable is characterized by comprising the following compositions: andalusite with the particle diameter of 5-3 mm, andalusite with the particle diameter of 3-1 mm, silicon carbide with the particle diameter of 3-1 mm, andalusite with the particle diameter of 1-0 mm, silicon carbide with the particle diameter of 1-0 mm, andalusite with the particle size of 200 mesh, silicon carbide with the particle size of 200 mesh, aluminium oxide micropowder, high-purity silicon oxide micropowder, Lafarge-71 cement, explosion-proof fiber and sodium hexametaphosphate. The preparation application method comprises weighing all solid materials according to a predetermined ratio, mixing, weighing and packaging; and when the castable is used, opening the package, adding water and stirring to form the castable, casting according to requirements, and performing maintenance, drying and baking for usage. The prepared castable possesses advantages of good fluidity, resistance to alkali corrosion, high high-temperature strength, resistance to wear, excellent thermal shock resistance and the like, and is applicable to novel dry-process cement production line kilneye.
