High-adsorption ceramic granule and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a high-adsorption ceramic granule and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building material. For solving a problem of poor adsorption of ceramic granules in the prior art, the invention provides the high-adsorptionceramic granule and the preparation method thereof. The ceramic granule includes following components, by weight, 70-80 parts of shale, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 5-8 parts of iron ore and 3-5 parts of coke powder. The preparation method includes the steps of weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio above, crushing, mixing and aging the raw materials, performing granulation to obtain corresponding material pellets, sintering the material pellets and finally cooling the sintered material pellets to prepare the high-adsorption ceramic granules. The high-adsorption ceramic granule has strong adsorption and reaches 76-90% in porosity. The preparation method is simple in operation and is low in production cost.
