As the damping springs are arranged between the cross tie and the track and the damping springs can deform by 3mm or even greatly, a good buffer effect is achieved between a train and the track, which is similar to the situation in which a person carries a weight on an elastic shoulder pole. Safety is achieved, and labor is saved. The safety of the track and the train after buffer is raised. The traction can be reduced by more than 10%. Under the condition of same traction, the speed can be increased by more than 10%.
