According to the railway track laying method, a traditional turnout in-situ construction method is abandoned, the turnout prepared in advance is moved to the preset position through equipment, then on-site connection is conducted, the working efficiency is high, the on-site construction period is short, and the influence of construction on transportation is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种铁路轨道铺轨方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、将钢轨都分别拨移到两侧路肩上;步骤二、在作业区安设硫磺砂浆制备机构,将熔制好的硫磺砂浆撒在路肩上进行加固;步骤三、将钢轨由路肩拨移到轨枕承轨槽内,安装鱼尾板;步骤四、顶起钢轨,将轨枕摆正放入轨下绝缘垫板;步骤五、摆正轨下绝缘垫板,将扣件放入轨枕承轨槽内,并将扣件和轨枕承轨槽固定连接,形成线型铁路轨道;事先将道岔组装成型,再将预制好的道岔移动至预安装位置,进行安装。本发明的铁路轨道铺轨方法摒弃了传统的道岔原地施工方法,利用设备将预先制备好的道岔移动至预设位置,再进行现场连接,工作效率高,现场施工工期短,大大降低了施工对运输的影响。
