The invention discloses an embedded sleeve type sleeper hoisting device which comprises a hanging frame. Multiple pairs of hanging tongs are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the hanging frame, the hanging tongs are connected with the hanging frame through slings, and each pair of hanging tongs comprises a hanging ring, a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece, a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece. The upper end of the first connecting piece, the upper end of the second connecting piece and the lower end of the hanging ring are hinged, the upper end of the first clamping piece is hinged to the lower end of the second connecting piece, the upper end of the second clamping piece is hinged to the lower end of the first connecting piece, and the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece each consists of an upper clamping piece and a lower clamping piece. The upper clamping piece of the first clamping piece and the upper clamping piece of the second clamping piece are arranged in a cross mode and are hinged together, and clamping piece teeth are arranged on the lower clamping piece of the first clamping piece and lower clamping piece of the second clamping piece and are matched with inner threads on a sleeve embedded in a embedded sleeve type sleeper. By means of the embedded sleeve type sleeper hoisting device, the sleeper hoisting speed can be improved, the number of operators can be decreased, sleeper fall points can be orderly, the loading requirement for sleeper evenness of a long-steel-rail laying machine can be met, and construction safety can be ensured.
