The invention provides a sleeve shoe for a sleeper and a rail system, the sleeve shoe for the sleeper comprises a sleeve shoe main body made of hard plastic and a bottom elastic base plate made of rubber, the hard plastic sleeve shoe main body is less affected by temperature in the manufacturing process, and the shape and size precision of a finished product are easier to control; and the linear expansion coefficient of the sleeve shoe main body made of hard plastic is close to that of the concrete sleeper block, so that the contact between the sleeve shoe main body and the concrete sleeper block can be well and continuously kept under the conditions that the environment temperature is greatly changed and thermal expansion and cold contraction are generated. Therefore, the sleeve shoe main body made of hard plastic is matched with the bottom elastic base plate made of rubber, so that a sleeper with a specified shape and size can be better coated, and a more ideal vibration reduction effect is realized. Besides, a bottom surface reinforcing part and a side surface reinforcing part are respectively arranged at the bottom and the outer side of the sleeve shoe main body and can be embedded into concrete at the periphery of the sleeve shoe main body, so that a bonding acting force is formed between the outer side of the sleeve shoe main body and the concrete at the periphery of the sleeve shoe main body, and the problems of bonding looseness and stripping are avoided.
本发明提供一种轨枕用套靴及轨道系统,该轨枕用套靴包括由硬塑料制成的套靴主体以及由橡胶制成的底部弹性垫板,硬质塑料套靴主体在制造过程中受温度影响较小,成品的形状及尺寸精度更易于控制;且硬质塑料的套靴主体与混凝土轨枕块的线膨胀系数接近,即使在环境温度发生较大变化、产生热胀冷缩的情况下,两者之间的接触也能很好地持续保持。因此,采用硬塑料的套靴主体配合橡胶的底部弹性垫板,能够对指定形状尺寸的轨枕起到更好的包覆作用,实现更为理想的减振效果。此外,套靴主体底部及外侧还分别设置有底面加强部、侧面加强部,能够嵌入其周边的混凝土中,使得套靴主体的外侧与周边的混凝土之间形成粘结作用力,避免粘结松弛、剥离的问题。
