Antiskid clamp for guardrail breakdown van
The invention discloses an antiskid clamp for a guardrail breakdown van. The antiskid clamp comprises a connecting block, a rack, two upper connecting rods, two lower connecting rods and air springs. A pin shaft is arranged at the top end of the connecting block. The upper connecting rods are of straight arm structures, and the lower connecting arms are of bent arm structures. The upper portions of bent arms are connecting arms, and the lower portions of bent arms are clamping arms. The upper ends of the upper connecting rods are hinged to the connecting block. The lower ends of the upper connecting rods are hinged to the connecting arms. The two ends of the rack are hinged to the two lower connecting rods respectively, and the hinged points are located in the bent positions of the lower connecting rods. Limiting grooves are formed in the inner sides of the clamping arms, and clamping heads of the clamp are arranged in the limiting grooves. The two ends of the air springs are hinged to the connecting arms and the rack respectively. According to the antiskid clamp, the pile pulling force exerted on the connecting block is converted into positive pressure of the clamping heads of the clamp on guardrail piles, the larger the pile pulling force is, the larger the positive pressure and the friction force between the guardrail piles and the clamping heads of the clamp are, the friction force of the guardrail piles on the clamping heads of the clamp is constantly larger than the pile pulling force, and therefore the antiskid effect of the clamp is achieved.

According to the antiskid clamp, the pile pulling force exerted on the connecting block is converted into positive pressure of the clamping heads of the clamp on guardrail piles, the larger the pile pulling force is, the larger the positive pressure and the friction force between the guardrail piles and the clamping heads of the clamp are, the friction force of the guardrail piles on the clamping heads of the clamp is constantly larger than the pile pulling force, and therefore the antiskid effect of the clamp is achieved.
