The invention discloses a foundation bolt fixing method and device. The foundation bolt fixing method comprises the steps that foundation bolts are fixed to a horizontal plane through a first fixing disc; the arrangement positions of the foundation bolts on the first fixing disc are corrected through a second fixing disc; the corrected foundation bolts are welded through hoop bars. The technical problem that difficult correction is caused by manual installation in manual foundation bolt placement is solved.
