The invention discloses a composite manhole cover. The composite manhole cover comprises a base body layer, a damping layer and a surface abrasion-resistant layer. The surface abrasion-resistant layer is arranged above the base body layer; the damping layer is arranged between the base body layer and the surface abrasion-resistant layer; the damping layer is a buffering rubber pad; the base body layer is a concrete slab block; the surface wear layer is an abrasion-resistant steel plate formed by paving a plurality of plate blocks with the same sizes; stepped holes penetrating through the damping layer and the base body layer are respectively formed in the plate blocks; a positioning hollow tube is arranged in each stepped hole. According to the composite manhole cover provided by the invention, the abrasion-resistant steel plate is arranged on the surface of the manhole cover, so that the manhole cover is unlikely to abrade; in addition, part of abraded or damaged plate blocks can be replaced separately, so that the replacement cost is reduced; particularly, the damping layer is arranged in the middle of the manhole cover, so that vibration and noise generated when a vehicle travels on the manhole cover are reduced, the overall structure of the manhole cover is firm, and the durability is high.
