The invention discloses a control system and control method of a condensation water making device. The control method comprises the following steps that S1, the temperature T1 of a first liquid level in a liquid storage area and the temperature T2 of a second liquid in the liquid storage area are acquired in real time, wherein the first liquid level is higher than the second liquid level; S2, a circulating pump is controlled to be opened or closed according to the temperature T1; S3, a compressor is controlled to be started or stopped according to the temperature T1 and the temperature T2. The temperature of the high liquid level in the liquid storage area in the condensation water making device and the temperature of the low liquid level in the liquid storage area in the condensation water making device are measured, then the compressor is controlled to be started and stopped, the circulating pump is controlled to be opened and closed, the circulating pump is closed when condensation efficiency is low, the compressor is stopped when cooling capacity is enough, the efficiency of condensation water making is improved, and the power consumption of the whole system is effectively reduced.
