The girder comprises a stand column and multiple cross beams carried by the stand column, and each cross beam comprises a first cross beam body, a second cross beam body and an auxiliary beam, wherein the first cross beam bodies are directly connected to the stand column, each second cross beam body is fixedly connected with the corresponding first cross beam body through a flange, and each auxiliary beam penetrates through the corresponding second cross beam body; angle steel shear connectors are installed in each cross beam, the space between every two adjacent angle steel shear connectors in each first cross beam body is 0.5-1 m, and the space between every two adjacent angle steel shear connectors in each second cross beam body is 3.5-4.5 m. By means of the steel structure office building girder, it is facilitated to construct a steel structure system of a low-carbon energy-saving building.
