The invention provides a prestress device for a prestress FRP sheet material reinforced concrete beam and an applying method. A first steel plate is fixed on a wall or a column; one end of long steel plate sets are perpendicularly fixed to the first steel plate; one end of a steel channel set is perpendicularly fixed to the bottoms of the long steel plate sets and perpendicular to the first steel plate; one end of an inclined pull rod is fixedly connected with the other end of the long steel plate; the other end of the inclined pull rod is fixedly connected with the other end of the steel channel set; a steel cylinder rotating shaft and an anchoring steel plate are fixedly connected from top to bottom between long steel plate sets; a spacing block on the long steel plate sets are anchored by the anchoring steel plate; between the spacing block and the anchoring steel plate is provided with an elastic compression cushion pad; a jack is fixed on a jack bearer; one end of an adjustable inclined supporting rod set is connected with the steel channel set; the other end of the adjustable inclined supporting rod set is connected with the jack bearer; the bottom of the jack bearer is connected with the other end of the section steel set; deflection can be reduced by the use of the applying method of the prestress device; development of cracks can be prevented; and crack occurrence can delayed.

The invention provides a prestress device for a prestress FRP sheet material reinforced concrete beam and an applying method.
