The beneficial effects are that an existing roof surface can be remained during waterproof construction and system construction can be directly conducted; thermal compounding construction can be conducted to coat and coil material on a construction surface, so seaming coil material can be formed into a seamless waterproof layer after the construction; evenness of the coil material avoids unevenness of the coat, so an integral seamless waterproof system can be formed for the whole surface layer; the waterproof warming construction method for the existing roof surface is energy-saving and environment-friendly, requires low cost and possesses safe construction and great waterproof and warming effect; and effect on bearing quality of the building can be avoided.
