The invention discloses an energy-saving environment-friendly waterproof heat-insulating construction method for an existing roof. The method comprises the following steps: spraying of anti-cracking waterproof mortar, spraying of a base layer interface agent to an exposed waterproof layer, butyl rubber-plastic waterproof paint and three-in-one self-adhesive waterproof protective coiled material composite construction, first self-checking and acceptance, spraying of polyurethane rigid foam, second self-checking and acceptance, spraying of an ultraviolet-resistant waterproof paint protective layer and third self-checking and acceptance. The method has the beneficial effects as follows: during waterproof construction according to the method, system construction can be carried out directly without the need of demolishing the existing roof, paint and coiled material are subjected to a thermal composite construction process on a construction face to ensure that the seamed coiled material forms a seamless waterproof layer after construction, the uniformity of the coiled material effectively makes up the phenomenon of non-uniformity of the paint so that an entire surface layer forms an integrated seamless waterproof system, and energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved; and the construction cost is low, the construction is safe, the waterproof and heat-insulating effects are good, and the load bearing quality of a building design is not affected.
