The invention discloses a lever handle generally used for a door and a window. The lever handle comprises a shell, a carrying plate, a control circuit board and a motor; the lever handle is characterized in that the shell is a box body without a cover plate, the carrying plate is in a U shape, the shell and an opening of the U shape of the carrying plate are in butt joint, the outer frame of the shell is larger than that of the carrying plate, and two side plates of the shell are connected with two side plates of the carrying plate through bolts; the control circuit board and the motor are arranged inside the shell; a round hole is formed in the carrying plate; the control circuit board is connected with the motor, the motor is provided with a revolving shaft, and the revolving shaft is connected with the round hole penetrating through the carrying plate, penetrates through the shell and is connected with a door and window transmission device. According to the lever handle, the motor is connected with a door and window driver, the door or the window can be locked automatically, and thereby various functions such as rainproofness and burglary prevention are achieved.
