The invention relates to a lever handle assembly and a door and window system. The lever handle assembly comprises telescopic structures and adjusting pieces, wherein the telescopic structures comprise first telescopic parts and second telescopic parts which are connected with each other; boundary lines are formed at the joints of the first telescopic parts and the second telescopic parts; the adjusting pieces are arranged at two ends of the telescopic structures in a penetrating mode; the adjusting pieces can rotate relative to the telescopic structures; the two ends of the telescopic structures are made to get close to each other, so that the first telescopic parts and the second telescopic parts can be oppositely bent along the boundary lines; and when the first telescopic parts and thesecond telescopic parts are oppositely bent along the boundary lines, the structures, corresponding to the boundary line parts, of the telescopic structures expand in the directions away from the axes of the telescopic structures. According to the lever handle assembly, the telescopic structures are arranged to abut against a profile of the door and window system, so that fixation between the lever handle assembly and the profile is more stable, and the lever handle assembly is not prone to shaking or even being disengaged from the profile.
