Preparation method of YBCO film with high magnetic flux pinning performance
The invention discloses a preparation method of a YBCO film with high magnetic flux pinning performance. The method is performed according to the following steps of: preparing a metal oxide gel film on a lanthanum aluminate monocrystal substrate, and drying the gel film; carrying out ultraviolet ray exposure on the obtained gel film through a mask of a specific figure, and obtaining a crystallized metal oxide fine figure by means of solvent washing and heat processing; and preparing a YBCO fel film, and obtaining the YBCO film with high magnetic flux pinning performance by means of heat processing and annealing processing. According to the invention, lattice mismatch in a YBCO matrix is utilized for inducing a high-density nanometer-level crystal defect, and the crystal defect is used as a manual pinning center, so that the magnetic flux pinning performance of the YBCO film is substantially improved, and the critical current density of the YBCO film under a magnetic field is increased; in addition, the method is suitable for large-scale industrial production, and a new method is provided for preparing high-performance yttrium-system or rare-earth-system barium copper oxygen coating conductors.
