The invention discloses a powdery polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent for commercial concrete. The powdery polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent contains the following ingredients in percentage by mass: 10.0-20.0% of polycarboxylic acid powdery water reducing agent, 3.0-5.0% of sodium gluconate, 1.0-2.0% of refined white sugar, 0.5-1.0% of saccharose, 0.5-1.0% of molasses, 0.1-0.5% of saponin, 50.0-60.0% of pulverized coal ash and 10.0-20.0% of mineral powder. By the manner, according to the powdery polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent for the commercial concrete, provided by the invention, the powdery water reducing agent is diluted by a filler so as to prepare a powdered additive, thus, automated accurate measurement can be realized, and a closed type fully-automatic production mode is realized; meanwhile, through carrying out production by adopting powder, the adsorption to an admixture by a cementing material can be effectively lowered; and through uniformly mixing the powdered admixture in advance, the possibility that a large volume of the admixture is adsorbed when the admixture is added firstly is avoided, and a relatively good dispersion effect is achieved.
