The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether and water into a reaction container, heating until the isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether and the water are dissolved, dropwise adding a mixed aqueous solution of potassium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite into the reaction container, simultaneously adding polyethylene glycol methyl ether methacrylate and acrylic acid into the reaction container, and reacting for 2-4 hours; and adding an aqueous solution of ferrous sulfate, isopropanol and polyquaternium-10, carrying out the whole copolymerization reaction at 80-100 DEG C, stirring within 4-6 hours, and after the reaction is finished and the whole reaction system is cooled to room temperature, adjusting the pH value to 6-7.5 by using alkali liquor, thereby obtaining the product. The prepared water reducing agent is high in water reducing rate, good in concrete slump keeping performance and low in slump loss, the prepared concrete is high in fluidity, the reaction conditions of the method are easy to control, operation is easy, and the method is suitable for industrial large-scale production.
本发明公开了一种聚羧酸混凝土减水剂的制备方法,包括:将异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚与水加入反应容器加热至溶解,向反应容器中滴加过硫酸钾与亚硫酸氢钠的混合水溶液,同时将聚乙二醇甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸加入反应容器,然后加入硫酸亚铁、异丙醇、聚季铵盐‑10的水溶液,整个共聚反应在80‑100℃下进行,在4‑6h搅拌完成,反应完毕,待整个反应体系冷却至室温,采用碱液调节pH至6‑7.5,即得。本发明制备得到的减水剂减水率高,对混凝土坍落度保持性能好,坍落度损失低,配制的混凝土流动性高,本方法反应条件容易控制,操作简单,适合工业化规模生产。
