The present invention discloses an anti-freezing ceramsite reinforced aerated block, which is characterized in that the anti-freezing ceramsite reinforced aerated block is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 7-9 parts of nylon fibers, 30-50 parts of ceramsite, 15-30 parts of fly ash, 10-15 parts of quick lime, 14-18 parts of cement, 0.3-0.6 part of aluminum powder, 2-4 parts of phosphogypsum powder, 3-4 parts of a polyurethane emulsion, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium lignosulfonate, 1-3 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of nanometer aluminum oxide, 2-4 parts of, 15-20 parts of, and a proper amount of water. According to the present invention, with the used process method, the problems that the ceramsite is easily broken during the processing process and the distribution is non-uniform in the slurry due to the light weight are solved; the added nylon fibers have effects of improvement of the cracking and tensile strength of the aerated block plastering layer, improvement of the freeze-thaw resistance of the aerated block, and prevention of cracking; and the aerated block production process is simple, the production cost is low, and the product has advantages of light weight, energy saving, thermal insulation, freezing resistance and the like.
